We’ll explore cross-cultural collaboration and how to avoid common pitfalls like groupthink. We place strong emphasis on creating purposeful, cohesive teams that function effectively across different environments.

Without meaning, it’s very difficult to inspire performance excellence.
Corporate Purpose is often difficult to align with Organisational Purpose, and even more challenging when trying to align the targets at individual levels with high-level purpose. Add to that the issue for the individual leader or team member (where ‘purpose’ is actually ‘motivation’).
Also, what about the concept of ‘shared purpose’, and how this links to teamwork and outcomes? Do we really understand what this means?
